Will Sterling is a Partner and the Chief Investment OƯicer for TritonPoint Wealth and TritonPoint Partners, and serves as the President and Chief Executive OƯicer of TritonPoint Capital. He provides enterprise-level investment leadership, driving in house investment solutions, externally managed public and private markets, and manager due diligence. In addition to his firmwide responsibilities, Will advises a select group of ultra high net worth individuals and nonprofit institutions.

With more than two decades of experience in financial services, Will has held senior roles at United Capital and Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management, where he served as a voting member of both the Equity and Fixed Income Investment Committees and oversaw alternative investment due diligence. Prior to that, he held executive positions at Charles Schwab. Will began his career in the Analyst Program at Morgan Stanley before joining the firm’s Special Situations Group, focusing on investment opportunities across the capital structure.

Will has been quoted and featured across leading financial media, including Barron’s, Wealth Management, InvestmentNews, Real Asset Adviser, and Schwab Network (TV), where he has provided insight on markets, investment strategy, and portfolio construction.

He graduated Cum Laude from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minors in International AƯairs and Business Administration.

Will lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife, Hilary, and their two children, Hanna and Trey.
