FinServ Foundation, founded in 2019 by Jamie Hopkins, Esq., LLM, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, RICP®, seeks to reduce the high failure rate in financial planning by developing future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and community.

The free, two-year program admits 200 students annually, across two 100-student cohorts, from over 40 universities. Participants receive six months of mentorship, monthly coaching calls, and attend a national financial planning conference at no cost.

In June 2025, Victoria O'Tool became Executive Director, bringing leadership experience from J.P. Morgan, 100 Women in Finance, and the Financial Planning Association to further advance FinServ Foundation's mission and impact.
