Adam Kilburn is a member of the National Capital Markets team and is the Practice Leader for Alberta Capital Markets. He is responsible for advisory and transaction services in the Edmonton market and across Western Canada. Adam brings almost 20 years of Commercial Real Estate brokerage experience with him to JLL, coming from a national brokerage firm where he was Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for Edmonton. Adam has concluded over $3.0 Billion in sales transactions to date acting for both sell and buy sides of the transaction. Adam manages a team of associates and focuses on valuation, acquisition and disposition of investment grade real estate throughout the Prairie Provinces of Western Canada and works with Pension Funds and Advisors, REIT's and REOC's and Private Equity investors who invest in Canadian Real Estate.
