Andrea Belanger is the Senior Manager of Leasing with EPIC Investment Services, where she oversees leasing across the firm’s Edmonton portfolio. With nine years in the commercial real estate industry, Andrea brings a broad and well‑rounded perspective shaped by experience on both the brokerage and ownership sides of the business.

Beginning her career in brokerage, Andrea worked at CBRE before transitioning to the ownership side four years ago. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of representing a diverse range of tenants, as well as private and institutional owners, across multiple asset classes and assets at various stages of their lifecycle.

Through this work, Andrea has developed a strong passion for downtown office leasing and a deep understanding of what it takes for these assets to remain competitive and relevant in today’s market. At the Edmonton Real Estate Forum, she looks forward to sharing practical, on‑the‑ground insights and contributing to the conversation on the future of downtown office.
