Angela Wu-Kemp is the Senior Leasing Manager for GWL Realty Advisors for the Prairie Region. She manages the new leasing and tenant retention for office, industrial and retail assets totaling approximately 4 million sq. ft. in the Edmonton, Regina, and Winnipeg portfolio. Prior to joining the Landlord side, Angela had 13+ years in commercial brokerage where she had been involved in a multitude of various assignments including acquisitions, dispositions, tenant and landlord representation, lease renewals and consolidations, and design build construction. With 16+ years of transactional experience, market knowledge, and perspectives on both sides of the Landlord and Tenant, Angela delivers strong and innovative results to the stakeholders to ensure the assets under her management are positioned well and at optimal performance.
