Profile
Christopher is a professional planner with over twenty-years of experience in land use planning and real estate development. Over this period, he has held several senior leadership positions and has been directly involved in various real estate projects from large master-planned communities to adaptive reuse projects. In his role with the Rohit Group, he is responsible for leading development and land use planning activities for the Income Producing Properties and Communities divisions.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s School of Urban and Regional Planning and holds a diploma in Urban and Regional Planning Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Alberta Professional Planners Institute and Canadian Institute of Planners. Chris has served on numerous boards and committees and is currently Co-Chair Business Development (Edmonton) with the Urban Land Institute Alberta Chapter.
