David Little is Co-Founder of Foresight Recruitment Group and has spent 11 years in real estate recruitment. Moving to Calgary in 2018, he has built a strong focus on Alberta’s real estate market, partnering with organizations across the province to connect top talent with industry-leading businesses. In January 2024, he took the next step in his career by co-founding Foresight Recruitment Group.

A passionate advocate for the industry, he is actively investing with organizations such as the REET Institute (a NFP group encouraging BIPOC high-school students to join the industry), and his committee work with CREW Network, BOMA Edmonton, and BOMA Calgary. David is committed to supporting the future of real estate through both industry involvement and community impact.
