David Sanche started his real estate career in 2006 working as a commercial broker, which helped to facilitate the development of many different business connections within the real estate community. Through this, he met Richie Lam and David Lam which led to the creation of Westrich Pacific, where over the course of 14 years they have left an indelible mark on the Canadian landscape, developing millions of square feet and thousands of units across Canada worth over a billion dollars. In tandem with Westrich, David has recently embarked on a mission close to his heart, delving into affordable housing initiatives with Leston Holdings. Together they started Leston James, transforming communities through renovations and new builds with current portfolio of 2000 multi family units. When not immersed in business, David can be found playing hockey and snowboarding. Additionally, his dedication to religion and the Catholic Church guides his actions and principles in both personal and professional realms. David has a love for travelling the world with friends, and prioritizes spending quality time with his parents and eight siblings and their families.
