Gaurav Sobti is Vice President, Financing at Peakhill Capital and is responsible for originating and structuring real estate debt throughout Canada. Gaurav is a multi-family sector specialist, both for CMHC term and construction financing.

Prior to joining Peakhill, Gaurav held real estate financing roles at an Alberta-based brokerage, CMLS and KV Capital. Gaurav has an institutional investment background having worked for an Alberta-based pension fund where he was part of a team managing a $3B private investments portfolio. He started his career articling at Deloitte as an auditor.

Gaurav holds a Master of Accounting and a BSc in Biotechnology/Chartered Accountancy from the University of Waterloo. He is a CPA, CA and is a CFA charterholder.
