Kevin Humphrys is Vice President, Real Estate Management (Alberta), at Epic Investment Services. Kevin oversees the property management, operations and leasing portfolio in Alberta and is responsible for 4.3 million sq. ft. With 24 years of commercial real estate experience, which started in sales, leasing and tenant attraction, and expanded to acquisitions and dispositions, development, property management, operations and contract negotiations, Kevin understands how various elements of commercial real estate work together to unlock the greatest value creation for clients.

Before joining Epic Investment Services, Kevin was Director of Leasing for Dream Office Management Corp. In this role, Kevin oversaw revenue budgets and all leasing functions within the company’s Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Yellowknife portfolio comprising 24 buildings. Kevin was also the Director of Leasing and Senior Property Manager at Bentall Kennedy (Canada) LP; Vice President, Real Estate at CDM Realty & Management; Leasing Manager at Morguard Investments Limited; and Property Manager at Oxford Properties Group/SUMMITREIT Property.

Kevin has a Bachelor of Secondary Education from the University of Alberta. Kevin has completed various courses from the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), British Columbia Financial Services Authority (BCFSA), Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) and BOMI’s Real Property Management (RPA) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Kevin is a board member with BOMA Edmonton and was the Secretary and Founding Member of NAIOP’s Edmonton Chapter.
