Lily Thai leads the acquisitions and dispositions at CAPREIT, a S&P/TSX-60 company. The CAPREIT portfolio consists of over 64,000 residential rental units and land lease sites across Canada, and the Netherlands, representing over $16 billion in investment properties. With over 16 years of experience in the multi-family sector and as the head of Investments, Lily oversees the asset valuation, negotiations and due diligence process for all acquisitions and dispositions within the Canadian and European portfolio. Lily has successfully completed over $6 billion in transactions. Lily holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Western University.
