Mark Edwards, as Senior Development Manager, leads development projects from inception to completed execution. His work includes managing consultants and working with municipalities to acquire site plan approvals and permits, identifying tenants for projects built on speculation and working with the brokerage community to achieve executed leases. Mark’s previous experience includes leadership roles in the retail sector and recently working at the municipal level in Economic Development, which has provided him with unique insight, knowledge and skills to successfully move projects forward. Mark has been part of the team since 2019 and is located in the Edmonton office.
