Mike Sacha is an Asset Manager with Colliers Integrated Asset Management. He has lead value creation across office, industrial, and mixed use assets in Western Canada. He brings 15+ years of end to end real estate expertise spanning asset strategy, leasing underwriting, redevelopment, and performance management for institutional owners. Previously, he held progressive roles with Epic Investment Services, QuadReal, Bentall Kennedy, and Brookfield, delivering financial performance through operational excellence. A committed city builder, Mike serves as Civics Director for the Wîhkwêntôwin Community League and contributes to the Downtown Revitalization Coalition and the Economic Development Committee of the Edmonton Downtown Business Association. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Alberta and is completing UBC’s Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Land Economics. On this panel, he brings a decisive, data driven perspective on repositioning, hybrid work, and adaptive reuse that is informed by the lived experience of an urbanite raising a family downtown.
