Otto Hedges is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the land development industry, with a career spanning engineering design, project management, and large-scale development execution. He currently works with NAC Management, an Edmonton-based land developer, where he is involved in delivering complex projects that shape growing communities.

In addition to his industry work, Otto is pursuing part-time graduate studies at the University of Alberta, focusing on sustainable development. His work bridges practical experience with academic research, with a particular interest in how land development decisions can better balance economic performance with long-term environmental and social outcomes.

Bringing both real-world insight and a forward-looking perspective, Otto’s work focuses on one of the most important challenges facing our cities today: how to create communities that are not only financially viable, but also sustainable and resilient for the future.
