Rohit Gupta runs one of Canada’s fastest growing national real estate organizations with one singular vision: expand across North America, enriching the communities that we serve. Started in 1986, Rohit Group has established itself within multiple Canadian markets from east to west, creating value through its real estate subsidiaries, including Rohit Communities, Rohit Homes, Rohit Rental Living, Rohit Commercial, and Rohit Health.

Rohit uses his story telling ability to lead and drive innovation. During his tenure the organization has grown its assets under management to over $1B today. Since 2015, Rohit has also overseen the expansion into new markets in Calgary, Saskatchewan, and Ontario while also securing a strategic partnership with Covenant Health, working together to transform the healthcare sector.

Rohit’s experience involves working in many aspects of the business, including digging ditches in Fort McMurray to running the financial operations as CFO. Under his leadership, Rohit has transformed the organization from a suburban home builder to a vertically integrated enterprise.
