Sahaj Chopra is Vice President of Elite Real Estate Group, an Edmonton-based commercial real estate firm with over $615 million in assets under management across retail and multifamily properties. Since stepping into a leadership role, he has been instrumental in scaling the platform from approximately $200 million to more than $615 million in AUM, while spearheading acquisitions, development, leasing and sales. Over the past 15 months, Sahaj has led more than $160 million of acquisitions, further cementing Elite’s position as one of Alberta’s most active private real estate platforms. Known for his sharp underwriting, value-add retail expertise and disciplined execution, he has played a central role in major acquisitions, transformative redevelopment, renovation initiatives and the expansion of relationships with national, regional and local tenants across the province. He holds a Bachelor of Science with Distinction, having studied at both the University of Alberta and New York University.
