Taylor Woolsey is the Chief Operating Officer of York Realty Inc., family-owned landlord and developer of more than 8 million square feet in Western Canada. As COO, Taylor optimizes processes and aligns the company’s vision and values with business objectives and strategy. Taylor is known for her communicative and practical approach, focusing on solutions rather than problems. She manages a collaborative team focused on delivering Property Solutions Simplified™ and putting the tenant first. She also serves on the board of the Alberta Business Family Institute, which provides research, education and outreach to support business families, their advisors, employees and stakeholders. Taylor has an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of Calgary. Prior to joining York Realty, Taylor worked as a lawyer in a regional corporate law firm and taught advocacy courses at the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary.
