Thomas Chibri advises and consults clients on their acquisition and disposition strategies along with portfolio planning working with a team of nine professionals, . He has experience across all asset classes and deal sizes ranging from $5M to $500M. As a member of the National Investment Team – Edmonton, Thomas has been involved in excess of $8 Billion of successful transaction. He leads the multifamily practice, but still remains actively involved with institutional industrial, office and retail sales. In addition to the sale of income producing properties, Thomas has experience leveraging his relationships and sourcing equity for joint venture developments. Thomas prioritizes client objectives and has become a key contributor to numerous owners in their portfolio planning and strategy decisions. Born and raised in Edmonton, Thomas has an affinity for the city and believes this to be one of the most transformative periods in Edmonton’s history. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active outdoors and spending time with his wife and three children.
