With a multifaceted background spanning various sectors across Europe, Mexico, India, the US and the UK, Alex integrates his global perspective into his current role.

At Vida, Alex plays a pivotal role in strategic initiatives encompassing asset selection, concept development, design, and hospitality. Alex's journey to Vida Capital began with his role as the Managing Partner of Solis Capital, a boutique investment bank specializing in global real estate operators. In this capacity, he played a crucial role in assisting partner organizations with expansion plans, crafting growth strategies, facilitating capital raising, and establishing invaluable local partnerships.

Alex's impressive professional history also includes significant contributions at Selina, a rapidly growing hospitality scale-up boasting a portfolio of over 100 hotels. As one of its earliest employees, he spearheaded the development of innovative product lines aimed at creating a comprehensive offering, boosting revenues, and extending guests' stays. Subsequently, he established Selina's partnerships department, where he managed global agreements and built the infrastructure for executing partnerships at local and country levels. Moreover, he played a vital role in securing capital for real estate acquisitions and developments worldwide, significantly contributing to Selina's portfolio expansion.

Before his tenure at Selina, Alex worked with the strategy team at HCL, a prominent Indian conglomerate, collaborating closely with the Chief Strategy Officer. His focus was on identifying opportunities to enhance the group's valuation through strategic acquisitions and consolidation within targeted industry verticals.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, with a dual concentration in Global Business Management and Global & Regional Studies. His wealth of experience and strategic acumen make him an invaluable asset to the Vida team, driving the company's success in the dynamic world of sustainable hospitality investments.
