Daniel Laub is co-founder and COO of Zenith IOS. Since beginning his career over 15 years ago, Daniel has participated in the acquisition, management, and development of over $1 billion of real estate across sectors and markets.

Prior to co-founding Zenith, Daniel founded Greyscale Development Group in 2013 and acts as CEO. Since inception, Greyscale has worked with a collective of diverse partners and best-in-class operators across property types to acquire and develop a multi-asset class portfolio.

Daniel holds an MS from New York University’s Schack School of Real Estate and a BA from Hamilton College.
