Jeff Hughes is a tax partner with Weaver’s Private Client Service group and the west region leader for Weaver Family Advisors. Jeff has over two decades of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices and real estate investment groups on tax planning and compliance, with a focus on estate and family succession planning, partnership and FLP structures and real estate investments. Throughout his career, Jeff has provided comprehensive tax services for complex investment structures and family office entities, supporting multigenerational wealth planning, entity structuring and transactional consulting. He advises clients on family office and FLP structures, real estate investments and 1031 exchange strategies, partnership taxation, and exit planning, consistently delivering solutions to minimize tax liability and support long-term financial goals. Jeff is a certified public accountant (CPA) in California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
