Michael J. Sansone is co-founder and Managing Principal of Ridgehouse Companies, a ground-up multifamily development and construction firm he founded in St. Louis in 2018. Since launching with a single 44-unit project, Sansone has grown Ridgehouse into a vertically integrated platform with 15 completed or active projects approaching 3,000 units across seven states.

All projects are Class A ground-up multifamily, built through Mission Constructors, LLC, Ridgehouse's wholly-owned general contracting arm.

With nearly 20 years of experience spanning construction, development, investment, finance, and asset management across the real estate industry, Sansone conceived and built Ridgehouse from a single project, and today directs the firm's strategy, capital, and operations across a growing national portfolio. A St. Louis native, he resides there with his wife and five children. He holds a BS/BA from the University of Missouri, Columbia and an MBA from Webster University.
