Michael is a principal at The Procopio Companies, a fourth-generation construction and development firm founded in 1949, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic growth of the firm, and with leading the team through all aspects of large scale residential & commercial development across a portfolio of companies. Michael has led the ground-up development and construction of over 5,000,000 square feet, and was selected as one of Building Design + Construction’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2022.

Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree from Salem State University and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the US Green Building Council. He holds an Unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
