Paulina leads Green Street’s strip center team and has been with the firm since 2016. She spent her first four years at Green Street covering malls, doing research on topics such as the expansion of digital brands into the brick-and-mortar space, and the evolution of the department store industry. In 2020, Paulina broadened her expertise in the retail sector transitioning to the strip center team. Since then, she has initiated the coverage of several companies and authored numerous reports discussing strip center fundamentals. Before joining Green Street Paulina had six years of work experience, first as an equity analyst following Latin American retail stocks, and later in charge of asset allocation at Zurich Insurance Group. She received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics at Universidad Catolica de Chile.
