The fund seeks to combine housing affordability, operational improvements, and long-term portfolio growth while serving working families, seniors, veterans, and other residents in need of quality housing options.

The fund is led by Sponsor and Fund Manager Anthony Bennett, a real estate operator with more than 15 years of experience across affordable housing, residential acquisitions, asset management, and housing-focused investment strategies. Anthony has been involved in more than $500 million of real estate transactions spanning ownership, management, financing, advisory, and operational oversight.
