When and where is FinovateSpring being held?
FinovateSpring is being held on the 5th-7th of May 2026 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina in San Diego, CA.
Do you have any complimentary passes?
If you hold a Director, Head, SVP, or C-suite position at a bank, insurance firm, or investment company, you're eligible for complimentary access to FinovateSpring through the Finovate Leadership Program. How can I buy a pass?
You can view our different pass types and the criteria for each pass here. If you are unsure which type best suits, please email register@finovate.com and our team will be happy to help.
Do you offer a day pass?
Yes, we offer a one-day pass, a two-day pass and a three-day pass for the whole event. You can view these here.
I can no longer attend. How can I process a replacement?
Please email register@finovate.com with details of the original attendee and then then following for the replacement attendee: name, salutation, job title, company name, company address (including post code) phone number, and email address.
How can I amend my details after booking?
Please email register@finovate.com with your full name, company, and the details of the amendment.

The app will launch two weeks before the event and is available to all attendees.

What features are available on the app?
The app is undoubtedly the most effective tool for organizing your schedule and maximizing your event experience. In the app you will be able to:
Discover all attendees and use advanced filtering to help find the best matches for you
Request and book meetings with other attendees
Browse the program, bookmark your preferred sessions, and create a customized itinerary for the event
Explore the presenting companies and find out when they'll be showcasing on stage
Review speaker bios and backgrounds
Engage with presenters on stage through real-time polling and Q&A features
How long after the show can I use the app for?
The app will remain available for all attendees until the 23rd of May 2026.
General attendance
Do you have discounted hotel rooms?
Yes, you can book a room in the event venue’s Marina Tower here for a discounted rate.
Can I split my pass with someone else?
Your pass cannot be split or shared between attendees under any circumstances.
Where can I find a list of attendees?
You can find attendees on the ConnectMe event app/desktop platform two weeks before the event. You’ll receive an email with the login instructions then. In the meantime, you can view a snapshot of attendees on the website.
Are there any recordings/ photography/ social media assets I can have access to after the event?
Yes, we have an official photographer taking photos throughout the event which will then be available on our Flickr page within 2-3 weeks of the event. We’ll also be posting live on LinkedIn and Instagram during the event—@finovateseries—feel free to tag us!
Recordings of the main stage demos and content will be available on our YouTube channel within two weeks of the event. Exclusive interviews recorded onsite will be available on our YouTube and LinkedIn.
Is there step-free access?
Yes, there are ramps and elevator access through the venue.
Where can I request meals due to dietary restrictions and/or allergies?
All breaks and lunches will include at least one vegan and vegetarian option. If you require a Kosher meal, or have allergies or other dietary restrictions, please email register@finovate.com.
What is the recommended attire?
Recommended dress attire is business casual to business. You’ll see a range of attire at the event ranging from casual to suits.
