Dr. Carole Chapelotte is the Head of EU Affairs at Storengy. She is also co-chairwoman of H2eart for Europe.
She has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector.
With a PhD from Dauphine University in industrial organization applied to the energy sector, Carole’s expertise spans a range of competition and regulatory issues.
She’s a recognized authority on utilities’ regulation and electricity, gas and carbon market design.
Carole is also Assistant Professor in economics at Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.
