Manuel is the Secretary General of the National Association of Manufacturers of Frits, Glazes and Ceramic Colors (ANFFECC). He is a Graduate in Law from the Jaume I University of Castellon and has a Masters in Environmental Law. He is a legal advisor and ESADE Artificial Intelligence and Leadership Program in 2024.

He is also: Secretary General of the National Association of Importers of Raw Materials (AIMPR); Secretary General of the Inorganic Pigments Consortium for REACH and CLP regulations. First European Consortium created in Spain in 2008. Secretary General of the Frit Consortium for REACH and CLP regulations. Second European Consortium established in Spain in 2009. Secretary General of the EEIG for Complex Inorganic Products for Emerging Regulations, established in 2014 and currently providing advice in 22 countries worldwide to European companies producing frits, enamels and inorganic pigments. Member of the Board of Directors of CEOE. Member of the Permanent Committee of the Federation of the Chemical Industry. Member of the Presidential Board of the European Association Eurocolour. Member of the Grow Hydrogen Platform.
