Roxana Caliminte is a Strategic Advisor and Speaker on Energy and Transport. She served as Strategic Advisor to the President of Romania’s Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) in 2024-2025 and was Deputy Secretary General of Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) from 2017 to 2024, leading engagement with governments on policy and regulation for the gas infrastructure sector. GIE represents 70 gas infrastructure operators from 26 European countries, covering pipelines, storage, and LNG terminals. Caliminte has also worked at Transgaz, Romania’s gas TSO, and in the Romanian Parliament. She holds a Master’s in Business (German) from ASE Bucharest, with international exchange studies, and has completed executive training at INSEAD and Oxford. Caliminte is also a guest speaker at the MBA in Energy at ASE Bucharest.
