With more than two decades in data and AI, Alex has built and scaled multiple profitable AI businesses at Equifax, PwC, Capgemini, KPMG, PA Consulting, and Martingale Insights - launching practices that grew to hundreds of engineers and delivering over $1B in AI‑driven value for Fortune 500 and financial services clients across 30+ countries. His earlier stint as an analyst at Bridgewater Associates, along with hands‑on operating roles, gave him a front‑row seat to how investment processes, governance, and data actually behave in the wild. Before joining Atlas Technica, Alex launched Martingale Insights, a boutique advisory firm focused on helping financial institutions and B2B AI startups close the gap between impressive demos and production, governed outcomes. That work left him with strong opinions on vendor hype, weak governance, and the dangers of building “shadow AI” with nothing but enthusiasm and a corporate credit card.
