Angie currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Direxion, where she is a key driver of strategic operations and growth initiatives and ensures business and regulatory compliance.

Angie has been General Counsel of Direxion since joining the firm in 2010. She also served as Chief Compliance Officer from 2012 through March 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she held key leadership positions at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC, and Strong Asset Management, LLC.

Angie received her undergraduate degree in accounting and finance from Drake University, and her J.D. in from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
