Profile

Angella holds a Master of Science with Distinction, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma and Certificate with Distinction in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth. She is also currently a candidate in their Professional Doctorate program, demonstrating her strong academic foundation in HR strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development, along with her commitment to continuous professional growth.

She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and holds a Certificate in Psychometrics from the University of Cambridge, reflecting her high professional standards and expertise in HR development and assessment.

Angella also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University College of the Cayman Islands, teaching Business Research Methods and International HR Management. Additionally, she has dedicated her time to community service, having served as the Secretary to the Board of Directors for the Positive Intervention Now Programme for four years and as a volunteer teacher in communication, customer service, relationship, and life skills at the Superior Auto Apprenticeship Program.

She maintains an active presence on LinkedIn, regularly engaging in discussions and driving conversations on trends and developments in the HR field.

Beyond her professional achievements, Angella is married to Andrew Thomas and is the proud mother of Melissa and Andrew, affectionately referred to as Jnr. She is also a devoted pet owner to her adopted cat son, Lionel.
