Brian Breakstone is a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer at Waterfall Asset Management, initially joining the firm in early 2008. Waterfall currently has $14 billion in Assets under Management and focuses on specialty finance opportunities within asset-backed securities, loans and commercial mortgage REIT sectors. Waterfall’s headquarters are in New York City with offices in London and Dublin. Prior to joining Waterfall, Brian held various senior positions at Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan and other financial institutions. He began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young. Brian graduated with his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
