Mr. Samios is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Greywolf Capital Management LP. Greywolf Capital Management LP is a registered investment adviser, private fund manager, invested across distressed/special situations, CLO credit and hard assets. After joining Greywolf as Counsel in 2007, Mr. Samios became Chief Compliance Officer in March 2010 and General Counsel in January 2016. Prior to joining Greywolf, Mr. Samios worked at UBS AG where he focused primarily on derivatives documentation. Mr. Samios received a B.A. from Hunter College and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Samios is admitted to the Bars of New York and Connecticut.
