Ciccy Yang is a Managing Director in the Risk Advisory Solutions group at Derivative Path, where she advises clients on interest rate and FX hedging strategies, with a focus on private equity, private credit, and complex balance sheet risks. She currently counts three of the top five global private equity firms among her clients and plays a key role in delivering tailored risk management solutions to sophisticated financial sponsors.

Prior to joining Derivative Path, Ciccy spent three years at Hudson Advisors in the Global Markets Group, where she advised on and executed hedging transactions for Lone Star Funds and affiliated entities. She began her career at Barclays Capital in FX structuring and later spent eight years covering corporate and financial sponsor clients on derivative strategies.

Ciccy holds a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University. In 2024, she was part of the Derivative Path team recognized by GlobalCapital as the Americas Risk Management Advisory Firm of the Year and Derivatives Technology Provider of the Year.
