Mr. Warsoff is an Executive Director of J.P. Morgan Alternative Asset Management (JPMAAM) Hedge Fund & Alternative Credit Solutions and serves as Head of Operational Risk, with primary responsibility for coordinating the team’s hedge fund and private credit operational due diligence efforts. Prior to joining JPMAAM in 2008, Mr. Warsoff served as the Head of Client Services for JPMorgan’s Institutional sub-advisory business and as a manager of Broker/Dealer Services for the JPMorgan/Chase mutual funds group. Mr. Warsoff joined JPMorgan in 2000. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Warsoff held various positions supporting mutual fund operations at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, National Securities Clearing Corporation and Alliance Capital. He received a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University and a M.B.A. from Rutgers, Graduate School of Management.
