Dayna Kleinman is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Wealth at Sagard, a global multi-strategy alternative asset management firm. She leads the firm’s efforts to expand Sagard’s footprint in the United States by developing best-in-class investment solutions for the private wealth channel.

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Kleinman has built deep expertise in alternative investments, having worked both as an allocator and in distribution for asset managers. Prior to joining Sagard, she served as Head of Distribution for Wealth Management at Monroe Capital, a private credit manager. She also spent 18 years at Robert W. Baird, where she built and led the firm’s alternative investment platform. She began her career at Merrill Lynch in the municipal bond department.

Ms. Kleinman holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS from Ithaca College. She resides in Chicago, Illinois.

She is the recipient of the 2019 CAIS “Game Changer” Award and the 2025 Institute for Portfolio Alternatives “Rising Voice” Award.
