Jamie has been the General Counsel at Whale Rock since 2017. Jamie has over 25 years of legal and compliance experience working in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Whale Rock, Jamie was a Vice President with responsibility for equity capital markets compliance at Wellington Management in Boston. Jamie previously held senior compliance and legal roles at Bain Capital, Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. Jamie currently serves on the board of CSforMA, Inc. and the Cayman based Whale Rock funds. Jamie received a JD from Fordham University School of Law in 2002 and a BA from Middlebury College in 1997. Jamie is admitted to practice law in New York.
