John Joseph (JJ) currently serves as Head of Sales Engineering, North America at Xceptor, the intelligent automation platform for financial markets. An experienced presales leader with a successful track record in the financial software industry, JJ has built high performing presales organizations by growing and nurturing talent, adding operational structure to scale the sales team, and fostering relationships across organizations.

Prior to joining Xceptor in June of 2019, JJ spent 15 years at Eze Software Group, now and SS&C Company, in various roles including Business Consulting, Strategic Project Management, and leading the North American Sales Engineering team. He graduated from Drexel University with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
