Joe Castellano is the Chief Accounting Officer at Axonic Capital, where he oversees the firm’s accounting and financial reporting functions. Prior to joining Axonic in 2021, Joe held accounting and finance roles at MSD Partners, L.P. and Blue Mountain Capital Management LLC. He began his career in the Investment Management Assurance practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, focusing on hedge fund and private equity fund clients. Joe holds a B.B.A. and M.B.A. in Accounting, with a minor in Finance, from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
