As Co-Founder of Rosetta Analytics AI, Julia pioneered the development of next-generation asset management solutions using deep learning and deep reinforcement learning models to extract unique data relationships. The firm managed systematic investment strategies using their proprietary AI investment platform.

Prior to founding Rosetta Analytics , as President of Wilshire Consulting and Board Member, Julia spent 24 years growing the firm's capabilities and client base. She led 90+ professionals managing over $1 trillion in assets under advisement, expanded into Outsourced CIO and Risk Consulting services, and served as strategic consultant to major institutional investors.

Currently President of Jobs Peak Advisors, Julia advises a state pension system and serves on multiple boards including CFA Society Los Angeles. Her previous board experience includes serving as a Director for Nature's Bakery, where she successfully guided its sale to Mars, Inc. She also served as director of Concordia Plan Services, a retirement and healthcare benefits company. She holds an MBA in Finance from USC and a BS from the University of Colorado and was a founding member of the London Society of Investment Professionals/CFA Society UK.
