Justin Griffith has been the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Cadian Capital Management since joining firm in 2011. He is responsible for and oversees all legal and operational matters.

Prior to joining Cadian, Mr. Griffith helped launch the NYC office of BlueCrest Capital (2008 to 2011), where he was a Principal and member of Operating Committee. He started his legal career as an Associate with Davis Polk & Wardell (2000 to 2003), and also worked at Covington & Burling (2003 to 2005) and Sidley Austin (2005 to 2008).

Mr. Griffith graduated with a BA in History from Williams College in 1995, and with a JD from Cornell Law School in 2000 (magna cum laude).
