Keith Hladek is President of Piedmont Credit Services, a division of Piedmont Fund Services, where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s private credit and credit-focused fund administration offering, including business strategy, operations, and service delivery. With more than 25 years of experience across the alternative investment industry, Keith brings deep operational, financial, and governance expertise to Piedmont. His background spans across senior leadership positions at leading credit-focused investment firms, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the unique accounting, data, and reporting challenges facing today’s credit managers. Keith is also an equity partner in Piedmont Credit Services.

Prior to joining Piedmont, Keith held senior leadership roles across the alternative investment and public company landscape, including serving as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Harbinger Capital Partners, as well as Chief Operating Officer of HC2 Holdings, Inc., a NYSE-listed company. Earlier in his career, he supported a wide range of credit and distressed credit strategies in senior finance roles as Controller at Silver Point Capital, Assistant Controller at GoldenTree Asset Management, and Fund Accountant at Oak Hill Capital Management. Keith began his career in public accounting at Anchin, Block & Anchin.

Keith has also served on the Boards of Directors of several public and private companies, with experience on audit and compensation committees. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University (State University of New York) and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York. Outside of work, Keith enjoys golf, fishing, travel, and sports.
