Keith is the President of Piedmont Credit Services, a division of Piedmont Fund Services. At Piedmont, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Piedmont’s offering to clients in the credit industry.

Prior to joining Piedmont, Keith served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Harbinger Capital Partners and Chief Operating Officer of HC2 Holdings, Inc., a NYSE listed company. Keith served numerous other credit and distressed credit funds while Controller of Silver Point Capital, Assistant Controller at GoldenTree Asset Management, and as a fund accountant at Oak Hill Capital Management. Keith started his career in public accounting at Anchin, Block & Anchin.

Keith has served as on the Board of Directors of several public and private companies, with experience as a member on numerous audit and compensation committees.
