Mari Tomunen is General Counsel at DoubleZero, which received a rare SEC No-Action Letter covering programmatic token transfers in October 2025. Since 2017, she has advised blockchain companies at top-tier law firms and in-house roles, including token issuers, developers, investors, exchanges, DAOs, and a NYDFS-regulated trust company.
