As Principal within the Operational Risk Management team, Max is responsible for leading and overseeing operational due diligence ("ODD") activities across Innocap. Together with the broader due diligence team, Max oversees the assessment and the integration of new trading advisors and funds on the Innocap platform by ensuring that operational risk management is assessed, monitored and mitigated.

Before joining Innocap in 2022, Max served as a Senior Associate within the Client Solutions team at a large asset manager based in Montreal. Prior to that, Max spent 6 years at Castle Hall, a due diligence consulting firm, where he held the role of Director.

Max received his Bachelor’s degree from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder. Max is also a member of the AIMA Canada Executive Committee, which provides important leadership on driving strategy, engagement and impact for the alternatives industry across Canada.
