As a Senior Specialist within the Risk & Data team, Max is responsible for ODD activities across Innocap. Together with the broader due diligence team, he oversees the assessment and the integration of new trading advisors and funds on the platform by ensuring that operational risk management is assessed, monitored and mitigated. Max strives to be a trusted advisor to asset owners and trading advisers across the alternative investment industry.

Max notably spent 6 years at Castle Hall, a due diligence consulting firm, where he held the role of Director. He has over 10 years of experience in the finance industry and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder and a member of the AIMA Canada Executive Committee.
