Melinda Lilly is Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at SummitTX Capital, where she has been a member of the team since 2015. She leads the firm's HR team and Operational Due Diligence function for prospective and existing portfolio managers, and sits on the firm's Oversight, Best Execution & Soft Dollar, and AI Committees. Before SummitTX, Ms. Lilly was Director of Operations at Paradigm Advisors in Dallas, where she held responsibilities across compliance, research, operations, and investor relations, and prior to that was a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments focused on trading, client service, and high-net-worth client relationships. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Lee University and holds a SHRM-CP certification.
