Michael Pasquale is a Managing Director and Partner at Soteria Wealth Management/UBS Private Wealth Management. Previous to that, he worked in the Global Markets Division at UBS as Managing Director and Co-Head of Americas Global Markets Distribution and Global Head of Equity Advisory Distribution. Mr. Pasquale was responsible for all the client-facing sales teams within UBS Equities and Fixed Income across the Americas as well as the Equity Advisory Sales teams across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.

Mr. Pasquale was a member of the Global Distribution Executive Committee, Americas Management Committee, Americas Client Committee, Americas Distribution Committee (Chair), US Client Forum (Chair), New Business Forum (Chair) and Global Advisory Forum (Chair). He has served as Equities business advisor for the UBS All Bar None Network and the Americas Diversity Committee and currently sits on the Advisory Board of the UBS Optimus Foundation (philanthropic and social finance thought-leader). Mr. Pasquale serves on the Finance Advisory Council for Villanova University School of Business and serves on the Boards of Team GoodWill (charitable foundation established to battle Angelman Syndrome), and the Westhampton Country Club.

Mr. Pasquale joined UBS in August, 2010 from Deutsche Bank, where he was a New York Pod Team Leader and Senior Institutional Account Manager. Previous to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Pasquale was at Prudential Securities, where he most recently managed their Sales and Trading team in Boston in addition to various other leadership and production roles. He has over 30 years’ experience in Global Markets and Finance.
