Neil has been the General Counsel of Tilden Park since April 2013. Neil has been the Chief Compliance Officer of Tilden Park at various times during his tenure at Tilden Park and most recently resumed this role in September 2023. Before joining Tilden Park, Neil was Associate General Counsel of Millennium Management LLC. Prior to Millennium, Neil was an Associate within the Investment Management Group of Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Neil holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Maryland at College Park.
