Prior to that, he served as Co-Founder and COO of Parallel Markets, a reusable identity technology company acquired by iCapital in January 2025. Nick is a former practicing securities attorney out of the law firm Latham & Watkins LLP and was a leveraged finance banker at Credit Suisse prior to founding Parallel Markets.
